xExchange Policy
We offer a 15-day exchange policy on all items. No refunds will be issued.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
To start the exchange process, please email us at info@toobastore.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Shipping
We ship across Pakistan with a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 per order.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery times may vary based on your location. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
