Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

·       Standard shipping takes 2-7 working days within Pakistan

·       Tracking information will be provided via email.

 

Exchange:

At Tooba Store, we aim for customer satisfaction. If you're not delighted with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

 

Terms:

·       Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

·       Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact

 

Procedure:

1.    Contact us to initiate the return process

2.    Provide your order number and reason for return

3.    Record an unboxing video showcasing the item's condition (mandatory for validation)

4.    Ship the item back to us within 15 days with charges if applicable.

 

Note:

·       Changes of mind are not accepted; returns are only processed for defective or damaged items, for size issue only exchange is possible!
